Master Instructors is honored to announce that Timm Presseur of Kleinwallstadt, Bavaria (Germany) has just received his Twelfth accreditation as a Master CFI. Timm is a professional pilot, FAA Gold Seal an EASA flight instructor, Platinum CSIP and Designated Pilot Examiner. He also holds an ATP and type ratings. He is managing partner with FTA Flugtraining Aschaffenburg, an EASA approved flight training organization (ATO) and Platinum Cirrus Training Center, in Germany. He is a member of AOPA, COPA, NAFI, SAFE and other aviation organizations. Timm was the first flight instructor outside the USA who earned Master Flight Instructor credentials, in 1999, and supports the MCFI program ever since. He is proud to achieve MCFI credentials for the 12th time in a row.
Master Instructors is pleased to announce that Jay Shears of Durango, Colorado is a second-time Master Instructor and S.A.F.E. member. This designation was awarded in recognition of Jay’s professional growth, excellence and commitment in providing quality education to the aviation community. Jay is a Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument ; FAASTeam Representative, an FAA DronePro (SLC – FSDO) and a FAA Part 107 remote pilot. Jay is also active developing programs within the aviation community committed to creating awareness, training, and opportunities to pursue a career in aviation.
