What Masters report

From our survey of Master Instructors (October 2010)

  • “MICEP challenged the vast majority of designees to become better educators.”
  • Most reported income increases of roughly 10 to 40 percent after designation.
  • Several flight schools offered their Masters incentive packages worth up to $8,000.

It’s been an honor to participate in it for the past 20 years.
